Why do I need to register?

Most PRshots partner companies stipulate that only registered PRshots users can download their images, so in order to get the most from the site it is a good idea to register. The information you provide on registration enables us to feed back valuable image download data to our partner companies, which in turn makes it possible for PRshots to continue to provide our services to you free of charge. PRshots is a free tool for the media that we believe makes your working life just a little bit easier. By providing accurate and comprehensive information when you register you are helping us to help you.

How long will it take for me to receive my password?

Your password will be sent to you immediately by return email. If you have not received your password within a few minutes please feel free to call PRshots support on 0845 226 0435.

Do I have to pay?

No. PRshots is a free service to media users. There are no charges for downloading or publishing any of the images on the site.

Do I need to credit PRshots when I publish an image from prshots.com?

PRshots does not insist on picture credits, we're happy that you are using the images on our site anyway. However picture credits do help us to spread the word about our service so we are always grateful when we are credited. When applying credits to images please reference both PRshots and the partner company whose image you are using. For example: Photo: Debenhams/PRshots.com

Will PRshots bombard me with spam email?

No. We send out a monthly newsletter and occasional newsflashes to our registered users to tell you about what is new on the site. You can unsubscribe from these mailings at any time. We will NEVER sell on your details to any third party company.
